Forest thinning will commence the week of 25th July at Cruagh as part of Continuous Cover Forestry (CCF) management of parts of this woodland. This month we were delighted to meet some neighbours of a new native woodland that we planted in South East Clare earlier this year. We held a drop-in event for anyone interested to come by for a chat and learn about this new woodland in their community.

One of the Coillte Nature highlights this spring was planting trees at Cruagh Woods with the Green Schools Committee from the local primary school, Edmondstown N.S.
