New Organisation Design for Coillte’s Forestry Business.

Over recent months Coillte has been undergoing an internal reorganisation of our Forest business. The most visible change will be a reduction in our Business Area Units from eight to six across the country, (see map below).

Effective from the 25th September 2017 we will launch the changeover to our new organisation structure.

An integral component for the success of this transition to our new organisation was the formation and collaboration of our new teams across our six Business Area Units. Where there has been a change in personnel across teams you currently interact with, we wish to assure you that there will not be any impact on the level of service or support that you currently receive and we have invested a significant amount of time and effort to ensure a smooth transition for all of our stakeholders and customers.

The re-organisation is a key part of Coillte’s vision to become the become the best Forestry and Land Solutions company in Europe by 2025.

Achieving this goal will mean fundamentally transforming the company into a highly profitable and cash generating business.

Please keep an eye on our website www.coillte.ie for further updates on the restructuring and updates to the Strategic Plans and if you would like any further information please contact info@coillte.ie
