If you really want to connect with the great outdoors, abandon the smart phone and laptop and try one of our Wild Camping Sites in remote grassy spots with enough space for one or two tents, usually near a stream. Please note that these sites have clear rules about how to use them and they are not suitable for family camping. Website – Wild Camping Notice

Or make it a home from home on wheels and park your caravan or camper van at our serviced sites at Lough Key Forest Park in Co. Roscommon or Curragh Chase Forest Park in Co. Limerick.

Cross-country hikers who need to lay down their tired heads after a tough days trekking should check out our overnight shelters on the National Waymarked Ways. They are constructed on a raised platform with some providing a fire-ring for cooking and boiling-up. Bring your mattress and sleeping bag – and fall asleep counting the stars!
