Money really can grow on trees!

- Coillte shows you how at this year's National Ploughing Championships
- Plus - Coillte to give out 3,000 free trees at the event

There has never been a better time to plant trees on your land and Coillte will be selling that message at this year's National Ploughing Championships in Tullamore. With improved  incentives for forestry and native hedging plants, the forestry professionals on the Coillte stand are likely to be in demand this year.

In addition, the company will be giving away thousands of free saplings to the public. The giveaway will be at the Coillte stand number 272 row J at 11am and 3pm every day for the duration of the event.

Coillte Foresters will be available to offer advice about planting trees and hedges to REPS farmers who are thinking of planting trees. Hedging demonstrations will be held 4 times a day at 10am, 12pm, 2pm and 4pm.  Experts from Coillte will also be there to advise people about Forest Management, Timber Harvesting,  Crop thinning  and the new FEPS Scheme for REPS farmers.

Coillte Foresters will also offer general information about forestry and related businesses.  We look forward to meeting you there.
